As soon as we receive your application we'll photocopy everything and start to send copies to suitable families. Some of these families may want to speak to you on the phone before they make a decision, and might possibly call you - so be ready for a phone call from a British family at any time!
When a family chooses you we will let you know straight away and then we will ask the family to call you. We will also send you complete information about your family along with details of the children, location, pocket money etc. and most importantly - what your duties will be. We'll also send you a letter of invitation from the family - (don't forget to bring it with you in your hand luggage when you come to England!)
Just let us know, as soon as you can, if you want to accept the family or not. If your answer is "Yes", then when you've bought your ticket tell us the date and time you'll be arriving and we'll arrange for the family to meet you at the airport / bus station / train station nearest to their house.
