We are a family run business and have first hand experience with au pairs so we know how important it is for you to make the right decision, and it is because of this we can actually say that we really do understand the needs of both families and au pairs. Looking for a family, especially for the first time, can be very daunting and stressful. So why not leave all the work to us!!
We specialise in a personal service selecting the most suitable family every time ensuring the arrangement is right for you. Our strict selection process will ensure satisfaction every time. Where possible we will interview all au pairs and families.
We will endeavour to keep in contact with both au pair and family through the whole process. In addition, we will call the family on the au pairs arrival to make sure him/her arrived safely and will make a follow up call after two weeks to ensure everyone is settled.
Not everyone really knows what an au pair is or where they come from ….. So we will explain in the simplest terms what an au pair is and what they do.
