Once you have decided to register with e-aupairs then please call us to
let us know you are interested then fill out the application form
either on-line, post or fax. Please also read our Terms and Conditions.
It would be helpful to give us as much information as possible about
your family as this makes the selection process more efficient. Please
include a family photo.
When we receive your application form
we will begin our matching process. We will then send to you the most
suitable au pair applications of which you must let us know your
interest. Au pairs do register with other agencies so you will need to
decide pretty quickly which au pair is most suitable.
We will then let the au pair know of your interest and will arrange a
day and time for you to call him/her. We find this arrangement works
well. This call is a great opportunity for both au pair and family to
get to know each other and establish what is required from each other.
Once an au pair has been selected you will then need to send him/her a
Letter of Invitation offering a position with your family. We will send
you an example of this letter. This should be sent back to us.
We will then send an invoice for the placement fee. On receipt of the
placement fee we will instruct the au pair to make his/her travel
arrangements.
